Grants: Money a student does not have to pay back! Fill out the FAFSA to see if you qualify for Government Grants or see suggested websites.
Scholarships: Federal, state, individual colleges, businesses, communities, and schools can all offer scholarships in which students can apply for. BEWARE of any scholarship that asks you to PAY a fee!

Loans: Loans must be paid back. There are subsidized loans and unsubsidized. To know the difference CLICK HERE and be leery!
*Before getting ANY OTHER loan, apply for the John George Loan. The BEST student loan for Jackson County students at 2% interest that you will NOT have to begin paying back until 6 months after college graduation!
Work Study: You may qualify by submitting your FAFSA. This is where you will work on campus of the college you attend for a certain wage and hours per week.
